TRAINING SESSION 2. Word and Happiness

More Tips on How to Empower Your Words

Welcome back.  I hope you tried the home work. Did you find out the answers? If not , please go to contact ,to email me for the answers or click here for comprehensive answers.

For today, I shall begin by saying that , there is an intricate link between your words and your happiness. This is very  fundamental.

First you will get what you say (expressed) for, word creates things.
Also, note that you are a reflection of your own words. That is, you are a direct manifestation of your own words and your behaviour shows it.

Therefore, since to create a thing or to transform a situation starts from the words in our mind, it means, our happiness starts in our mind.  Click here for more.

Remember, what you hear, see, knows, touches and feels are all data that are collated in the brain to form the word in our mind. Thus, formation of word and subsequent expression of it or even keeping it in silence,  determines our happiness.

From the foregoing, it becomes clear that our desires, aspirations, experiences (are data that we take in) largely determines our happiness ---that in fact, originates in our mind.

In the event that, you have received "dangerous" words as well as experiences, do something quickly: purge yourself of them very speedily. Bad memory hurts. Bad words are like poisoned arrows. Avoid them at all costs.  Click here for more.

Therefore the tips are:

1) Keep yourself away from harmful experiences, if you can. Keep your children and vulnerable individuals away from harmful experiences or words/intentions/actions (such as illegal drugs, violence, verbal attacks, abuse, misuse of matters/persons).
Decide not to receive data that are adverse to your life and happiness.

2) Learn to receive and give good news.

To give power to your own words (preliminary),

a) Do not be hasty to speak. Weigh your words carefully.
b) Let your words be constructive and encourage good deeds in you and in others.
c) Act according to your own words
d) Act within the limits of the law
e) Let no foul words proceed from you.
f) Let your words be gracious.
