TRAINING SESSION 1. Word and Happiness.

Tips for today on how to give effect to your words and how to be happy:

1) Choose your words carefully. Consider your words thoroughly before expressing it. If necessary, remain silent. If under pressure to speak or to express word, be aware that you can only be measured by what you express.

2) No person can be guilty or be harmed or become unhappy if the words he or she expresses is truly constructive, or if such words helps others  to get better, be positive and to comply with existing laws.

3) Remember, like any tool, words have two (opposite) powerful sides: To create and to destroy. Therefore, be sure to be in an environment where encouraging, constructive words are always expressed. As result, you will learn the inner workings on how to give effect to your words.    Click

Today’s Practical Tips on Happiness

1) Avoid hearing or receiving distressing words via texts, telephone, TV emails etc.
Be careful what you see, hear, smell, taste, touch or do. They are all forms of
words.

2) Ensure you know who is sending you words. If unsure, do not accept the incoming words.

3) Be quick to be removed from an environment or a discussion where distressing words or opposing words to your words, are expressed against you.

Now remember that your words/intentions creates and changes things. This is very true for the  demonstrated acts/speeches  of United States Presidents,  Congress,  world leaders, expressed intentions and actions  of United Nations (UN), European Union (EU) etc are based on and have their fundamentals in expressed words.  Therefore, let your own work for you.
